A health update for a better you.
Wellness 2.0 is a group project with a platform to communicate health information to lay audiences. It is a video blog that talks about issues in health such as mental health, nutrition, pharmacology, and sleep health.

The video I created for the blog is called Do We Need Sleep? and addresses four biological and psychological reasons for why sleep is important.
